1,Chinese Co-win Foundry Net bases itself upon commerce to supply full service for the members
2,The ownership and operating authority of the Net service belong to Chinese Co-win Foundry Net CO,.LTD
3,The service supplied by Chinese Co-win Foundry Net will be implemented according to the rules, service items and operation regulations
4,Chinese Co-win Foundry Net uses its own operation system, database and network to cooperate with net service suppliers to supply service for members via Internet.
5,The client will become the formal member after consenting the clauses and finishing the register.
6,Chinese Co-win Foundry Net supplies the member with account number, password, and IP which are used only by the member himself .
7,If the member lost his account number or password, please register again in time, and take the responsibility himself .
8,According to the catalogue and the service,the Net will request the member to pay the service fee once a year.
9,Chinese Co-win Foundry Net will supply merchandise , order information, all kinds of business chance and added value service ,which are the invisible assets. Without written consent of the Net in advance , nobody are allowed to copy ,scatter, reproduce and print them in any way .
10,The member must be responsible for the information which he release on the Net .The action of releasing false, misleading, hostile, and illegal information is not allowed
11,Chinese Co-win Foundry Net will warn the member or cancel the member qualification necessarily if the member release the information which is not match the agreement.
12,Chinese Co-win Foundry Net has the right to investigate his economic and legal responsibility if the member violate the agreement and cause economic loss.
